International courier deliveries usually take 8 to 10 days for delivery to door.
Deliveries in South Africa take 2-3 working days for delivery to door.
Quotes on request are calculated within minutes during office hours for international and domestic deliveries. For urgent quotes after hours, the items can be added to the Shopping Cart on www.zawadi.co.za and a shipping quote is immediately obtained simply by selecting your country and postal code in the Checkout section. All quotes include insurance and packaging / crating for large items
Delivery tracking numbers are supplied for online tracking of all deliveries on the courier service provider’s websites.
We will handle the shipping process from paperwork to packing and will monitor the shipment until delivered.
For international deliveries, shipping to door, insurance and packaging are included in delivery prices quoted, however local taxes are applicable in the destination country as well as a small disbursement fee and any duties, if applicable.
For all export orders, no South African VAT is charged on any purchases, so the destination country local sales tax will be charged on delivery.
